清潔後，奶嘴內有水並不罕見。這是因為我們所有的奶嘴內部都有一個閥門，當寶寶閉上嘴巴吸吮奶嘴時，閥門會讓內部的空氣排出，進而使奶嘴適應寶寶的口腔形狀。這個閥門也是為什麼奶嘴內會有水的原因。如果這種情況發生，只需擠壓奶嘴使多餘的水分排出。如果奶嘴內還有水滴，請讓奶嘴自然風乾。

This pacifier is recommended by midwives to support natural breastfeeding.

BIBS pacifiers are 100% free from BPA, PVC, and phthalates. For optimal safety and hygiene, replace the pacifiers every 4-6 weeks. If your child has teeth, please be aware of signs of damage or weakness in the material. Always inspect your pacifier before use and replace it at the first sign of damage or weakness. Do not put pacifiers in the dishwasher or sterilizer, and do not leave them in direct sunlight. Do not freeze pacifiers.

Round Nipple: The round nipple resembles the shape and size of the mother’s soft nipple and promotes a similar tongue placement and sucking technique as when breastfeeding, as the round shape allows the sides of the tongue to elevate and cup around the nipple.

Round Shield: The round BIBS shield is equipped with three vent holes and a round BIBS engraved handle ring. The shield is carefully designed to curve away from the sensitive and delicate skin around the baby’s mouth to prevent moisture build-up.

When it comes to pacifier nipples, no size or shape is right or wrong because all babies are different. Babies have different preferences, different sucking techniques, and different mouth anatomy. BIBS offers a variety of pacifiers to meet all your baby’s unique needs.

Cleaning & Quality: Always sterilize each pacifier before use. Do not use a sterilizer. Pour boiling water over the pacifier for no more than 5 minutes. For hygienic reasons and/or wear and tear, we recommend discarding the pacifier after 4-6 weeks. BIBS pacifiers are made with natural rubber, which is a natural material that may expand and degrade due to use, exposure to sunlight, and the baby’s suction.

If there is water in the nipple:

After cleaning, it is not unusual for water to remain inside the nipple. This is because all our pacifier nipples are equipped with a valve that releases air when the baby closes down on the nipple. This ventilation system causes the air inside the nipple to be pushed out through the valve, allowing the nipple to flatten and naturally shape to the baby’s oral cavity. The valve is also why water may be present inside the nipple after cleaning and sterilization. If this happens, simply squeeze the nipple flat to press out the excess water. If water droplets remain inside the nipple, just let the pacifier air-dry.
