BabyHK Membership Rights

//To enjoy member discounts, you must show your BabyHK App member QR code in-store.//

- 100 points are equivalent to 1 HKD.
  
- The maximum points redeemable per transaction is 10% of the total price (calculated by the computer system; self-pickup prices, fixed prices, and whole box discounts cannot use points).

- Points do not need to be exchanged; simply inform the staff to use points before payment, and they will manually deduct them in the system.

- Points must be used before payment, and it is the member's responsibility to inform the staff. Refunds or cancellations cannot be made on the basis that the staff did not prompt you. The store only accepts returns or exchanges due to quality issues.

- Member discounts and points cannot be applied retroactively.

- All products of the following brands are "Regular price" and don't provide member discounts
: Stokke, Jellycat, SwissNaturlich, Nestle(*Formula Milk)

**Steps to Delete Membership Account**

1. Open the BABYHK mobile app.
2. Log in to your member account.
3. Go to the 'Latest News' page.
4. Click the grey dots in the top right corner to open the settings menu.
5. Scroll to the bottom to find 'Useful Information' and click 'Other Settings.'
6. Click 'Delete Account.'

Please note that deleting your account is permanent. All your personal information will be completely deleted. This includes your past purchase records, all unused member points, and any unused coupons, which will be canceled and cannot be recovered.

Please think carefully before deleting your account.
